Nancy is an accomplished attorney with over 20 years of experience, both within the private sector and the U.S. government, including in project finance and renewable energy transactions.  She recently served as Deputy Chief Counsel at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office. She has proven expertise in structuring complex infrastructure transactions, navigating regulatory compliance, and advancing clean energy projects.  Her prior experience also includes the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Nancy received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and B.A. in History from The George Washington University.
