Green banks are an essential tool for the green energy transition. Though well-established in countries such as Germany, India, Australia, and the UK, green banks have gone mostly missing in action in the United States until recently.

The report demonstrated that CGC has made substantial progress in fulfilling its commitment to the EPA to invest in public-private partnerships and establish a network of self-sustaining green banks. Learn more here.

CGC partnered with a local leader to design, incubate, and raise capital for a new green bank focused on delivering solar access and cost savings to low- and moderate-income (LMI) households.
