Lily Leavitt serves as Vice President and Deputy Head of Operations & Compliance at CGC. In this role she ensures that CGC, along with the organization’s subrecipients, are compliant with the EPA’s regulatory requirements.

Lily has 20 years of experience in mission-oriented financing. Prior to CGC, Lily was Senior Practice Lead – Community Development for Craftsman Technology Group, where she designed and implemented technology solutions to address the needs of Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), focusing particularly on Salesforce implementations. Prior to this role, Lily was Director of Operations / Information Systems at a CDFI known as Accion East, where she led critical projects to enhance the organization’s operational effectiveness and impact.  Lily received an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
