Kwame Thompson is a Senior Paralegal at CGC, where he provides legal and transactional support across all asset classes and transaction types.

With more than two decades of experience, Kwame has held senior paralegal roles with organizations including The Home Depot, BrightSource Energy, and Nestlé. Prior to joining CGC, he spent twelve years at New Island Capital, where he specialized in impact investing and contract management.

He attended California State University, Long Beach, and the Paralegal Studies program at California State University, East Bay. Kwame enjoys traveling with his wife, and resides in Martinez, California.
