Kenneth Marks, a seasoned banker with extensive experience in the power, utility, and renewables sector, recently served as Managing Director and Head of Power, Utilities and Renewables for the Americas at HSBC. With a 33-year tenure at Morgan Stanley in various leadership roles, Marks has advised on transactions valued over $100 billion and holds a PhD in Finance from NYU.
