Jessica Geoffroy is currently Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of XPLR Infrastructure (NYSE: XIFR), which is the third-largest renewable energy generator in the United States with approximately 10 GW of wind, solar and storage assets across 28 states. XPLR is majority-owned by NextEra Energy, one of the largest diversified energy companies in the world, where Jessica has spent the greater part of the past decade serving in multiple finance and investment, stakeholder management and strategy roles with increasing responsibility. Jessica came to NextEra Energy in 2018 with a decade of experience in various roles in finance and investment in New York and Los Angeles, including energy equity trading and venture capital and as a founding member of clean energy debt and private equity funds with roughly $2 billion of assets under management. Jessica also served in the Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Energy, where she helped develop finance and securitization policies to support growth in clean technology adoption.
