Aryana Nakhai is an Associate on the Investments team at the CGC, where she combines her background in engineering and finance to support the organization's mission of accelerating the clean energy transition. Her work centers on supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of transactions that deploy capital to drive sustainable investments across a diverse range of asset classes.

Before joining CGC, Aryana worked as a research engineer at the National Laboratory of the Rockies (NRL) (formerly known as NREL), where she specialized in techno-economic analysis of renewable energy technologies and co-authored numerous publications in the clean energy sector. She then transitioned to a development finance role at Invenergy, where she gained experience managing complex financial models that enabled the development and contracting of large-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects.

Aryana holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering, with a focus in power systems and renewable energy, from the University of Pittsburgh, along with an MBA inFinance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
