In this dual role, he works across the organization to advance CGC’s mission, objectives, and strategic mandate. As Head of Market Development Operations, he serves as a critical advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer, delivering strategic recommendations, key deliverables, and operational oversight in support of CGC’s market development function.
Prior to CGC, Aaron worked at Ernst & Young (EY), where he advised public- and private-sector clients—including the World Bank, the New York City subway system, and the U.S. Department of Energy—on complex programs, systems, business operations, and organizational strategy. Through this work, he developed deep expertise in end-to-end organizational strategy, which he now applies in the clean energy sector. Earlier in his career, Aaron worked on Capitol Hill for Senator Elizabeth Warren and for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office under then-Attorney General, now Governor, Maura Healey.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. At UVA he was a member of the University of Virginia men’s soccer team, winning an ACC Championship and finishing as the 2019 National Championship runner-up. Outside of work, Aaron continues to play soccer and tennis and is an avid moviegoer.
