This open solicitation allows clean energy developers, commercial partners, community lenders, and financial investors—including private credit and equity firms—to submit investment proposals for qualified projects located in the United States. CGC is looking to build partnerships and support investments that can accelerate U.S. clean power projects, create jobs, lower energy costs, and improve the quality of life for all Americans.
