Today, March 11, 2025 — CGC and its network has been working in partnerships across the country to support projects that lower electricity costs, create good-paying jobs, and deliver clean air and water for all Americans. Today’s action by the EPA is an unauthorized and unlawful attempt to terminate our grant. We are considering all available legal options.
