CGC works through partners in 33 states, D.C., and Puerto Rico, including: Green banks, CDFIs, Economic development agencies, and Municipal finance authorities.
Two Core Functions Power the Network:
1. Business Development & Deal Origination: Regional Advisory Councils with surface priorities, site opportunities, and developers. A structured referral program brings investment-ready deals directly into CGC’s pipeline.
2. Innovative Finance & Structuring: The Network is CGC’s testing ground for new financial products—allowing us to standardize, scale, and ultimately recycle capital into secondary markets.
Since 2011, this network of partners has demonstrated the effectiveness of our model by mobilizing more than $25 billion in public and private capital toward the deployment of clean energy, water, and resilient infrastructure across the country. This work has contributed to the development of new American jobs, lower energy costs for households and businesses, as well as health and environmental benefits for our citizens and our planet.
